Accessibility consulting helps organisations review how people with different access needs use a place, service or digital product. Scope may include a site review, user feedback, design advice or staff guidance; confirm which standards and deliverables the consultant uses.
The directory listings below are a starting point for enquiries, not endorsements or a guarantee of availability. Confirm current services, eligibility, fees and application details directly with each provider.

Find providers
A consultant may walk through how people access a building, service or digital product and note barriers.
The review may compare a defined scope with relevant access standards, codes or design guidance.
Some projects involve disabled users and provide prioritized recommendations; ask what is included in the deliverable.
A guide to the process
Project duration depends on scope, site or product size, user consultation and reporting; there is no standard consulting package. Ask for milestones, site visits, testing and the time allowed for follow-up.
There is no single statutory qualification or referral route for accessibility consultants identified here. A consultant's report is not Building Authority approval or certification. Check the Buildings Department's barrier-free design manual and applicable legal requirements, and involve registered professionals where the work requires them.
Consulting advice is not automatically a statutory certification or building approval. Verify applicable legal requirements and engage the relevant registered professionals where required.
